The front gate, designed with elegant floral cut-out patterns, adds a touch of artistry while ensuring security. Wide steps and a ramp provide easy access, making the entrance both functional and welcoming.
RENOVATION PROJECT
"Redesigning staircase that
elevate your space."
The client faced a challenge with a narrow side area (20x4 ft) and an impractical staircase (15x3 ft) with a toilet below, making the first floor inaccessible and unsuitable for residents.
An earlier steel staircase
(0.75 ft) also failed to serve the purpose, especially for moving heavy items, leaving the rental space vacant for months.
To resolve this, we designed and installed a custom staircase within a (13x4 ft) area, optimized for comfort, safety, and functionality. The new structure now provides easy access and allows the convenient transfer of goods, transforming the unused space into a livable, tenant-friendly area that meets the client’s practical needs while enabling consistent rental income.
